BRIIZE finally have a number to count down to. A 27-second schedule clip landed on RIIZE's official channel at midnight Korean time as August 4 began, and the line beneath it settles eight days of teasing: The 3rd Japan Single 【Sunburst】, 2026.08.26 0AM (KST/JST).
Midnight in Seoul is midnight in Tokyo, since both clocks sit nine hours ahead of UTC, so the single opens August 26 in Korea and Japan at the same instant. Pre-orders route through one address the description also carries, RIIZE.lnk.to/Sunburst.
The mood work came first. Since July 27 the channel has posted ten short clips carrying the #Sunburst tag by our count — among them 'so hot this summer because...' on August 1, three in a single day on August 2, and 'summer night version' at two minutes past ten on the night of August 3. None of them named a date. This one does, and it drew 5,897 views against 1,682 likes in the hour and a half after posting, at the time of writing.
August 26 now sits on the K-POP PULSE comeback schedule with a live countdown, sourced to the clip it came from. Every post RIIZE's channel makes lands on the group's record page here, dated to the minute.
Context for International Fans
The video's own tags name the six members — SHOTARO, EUNSEOK, SUNGCHAN, WONBIN, SOHEE and ANTON — and the description points BRIIZE, the group's fandom, to its Weverse community. A Japan single is a release made for the Japanese market, and this one is timed to the stroke of midnight rather than an evening hour: 0AM KST/JST falls at 11 a.m. in New York and 4 p.m. in London on August 25.
Why It Matters
Until this clip the Sunburst campaign was ten posts of mood with no calendar attached. A dated release turns it into something fans can plan around — streaming, pre-orders, and every teaser still to come between now and August 26 all belong to a rollout with an end point.
What to Watch Next
More teasers on the same channel through the rest of August, then the single itself at midnight KST/JST on August 26. Each post appears on RIIZE's record page here as it goes up.
