We have a date. JYP Entertainment put a two-minute, six-second trailer on its official channel on September 28 at 10 PM KST, and the description underneath does the part we actually needed from it, which is to name the release and say when it lands.
The description calls 'Strange Muse' NMIXX's sixth EP and sets the release for October 19 at 6 PM KST. Both the title and the time come from JYP Entertainment's own post, so neither is something anyone had to piece together from elsewhere.
The same description says pre-save, pre-add and pre-order are all open. Pre-save and pre-add handle the streaming side and pre-order the physical copy, and that is the practical part to deal with now if you want the EP waiting for you on October 19.
At the time of writing the trailer sits at 260,758 views with 24,695 likes and 1,574 comments, on a runtime of two minutes and six seconds. Those are the counts carried on the post itself rather than anywhere else.
Context for International Fans
A trailer in a K-pop rollout usually comes early, ahead of concept photos, tracklists and music video teasers. Its job is less about the music than about fixing a title and a date to the record, which is what this one does in its description.
Why It Matters
When a date lands in the official description instead of in a secondhand post, everyone reads it at the same moment, wherever they happen to live. For 'Strange Muse' that means October 19 at 6 PM KST is settled from the start.
What to Watch Next
October 19 at 6 PM KST is the date the official post gives for 'Strange Muse'. Anything further about the EP goes up on the same channel that carried the trailer and the date.
