Sometimes the number in a K-pop title is not counting anything. TWS posted a short titled "#SODASODA with 42". Meet it cold and 42 looks like takes, days or people in the room. It is none of those. 42 is what TWS call their fans, and the short is a clip made with them.
That tiny misread is the whole trap. A fandom name is the group's own word for its fans, but official titles and captions often drop it in without an explanation. The audience they are addressing already knows. If you are arriving from outside, the same name can look like a typo, a hashtag glitch or a number that someone forgot to remove.
There is no shape we can memorize once and use forever. Red Velvet call their fans ReVeluv, ARTMS call theirs OURII and ONEWE call theirs WEVE, all invented spellings. aespa's MY and Stray Kids' STAY are ordinary English words that can slide straight past you. TWS's 42 is not a word at all.
